A lovely Mallorcan villa with lots of relaxing space. The house is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, in the countryside, surrounded by fruit trees and wheat fields. Villa Oliveres of Ca'n Xanet is a few minutes drive from historic sites, restaurants and shops in the old town and the beaches and beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa.
The interior of the house has been recently restored, with very fresh white walls and Majorcan ground. The house is very spacious and bright spaces with several sofas to relax.

Every Sunday morning there is a local market held on the main square.
