This beautiful, modern and recently finished villa is located in Porto Petro, Santanyí at a very short distance from the sea.

- The floor tiles are Formentor ivory porcelain tiles, size 60x60 cm. On the outside of the porch and pool terrace the same but non-slip. The pool curb with bush-hammered natural stone, as well as the access area to the house. The interior of the swimming pool is made of dark blue stoneware.

- The house has AACC and solar panels arranged on the roof and facing south.
